WOODEN ACOUSTIC DIFFUSER - MUSTARD
Material - Thuja Plicata
Size - L1200 / W555 / D105 mm
The acoustic diffuser rests in filling the listening space with sound without unwanted linear reflections from flat surfaces.
The sound will be more dynamic & the sound field will be wider
It can also be used as an inverse diffuser. The inverse one is placed behind the listening spot so that the two are directly opposite each other.
The Diffusion starts from 345 Hz.
Through the perception of sound, we can feel the changes produced by the contact of sound with surface objects. There are three main changes in the sound energy in the space.
{ reflection }
Flat and hard surfaces such as concrete and glass have almost no absorption and scattering, and the sound energy is reflected in an orderly manner.
{ absorption }
When the sound wave propagates inside the porous material, it will cause air movement, due to the viscosity and the heat conduction effect of the air, the sound energy will be converted into heat energy and consumed.
{ scattering }
Sound waves are evenly reflected in the entire space in a disordered and random manner
